Recommended Reading

Clients sometimes ask me for book recommendations to support their thinking between coaching sessions, particularly around leadership, change and periods of transition.

This page brings together a small, considered selection of books that I’ve either read myself or that have been recommended to me through study, professional practice or trusted sources.  It isn’t intended to be exhaustive, but rather a useful starting point for thoughtful exploration.

Not every book will suit every reader or moment and they are offered as optional companions, rather than required reading.

You don’t need to read everything here.  One book, at the right time, is often enough.

Recommendations are shared because they are genuinely useful, not because of affiliation.
